2021.12.04 13:39 youtube_ssjb [For Hire] I make thumbnails for YouTube videos
I have a good amount of experience when it comes to making thumbnails. Here’s a few of the thumbnails I’ve done for previous clients:
My asking price per thumbnail is $2. I bring value in the speed I get them done and the consistency. I’m also willing to make deals for those who order a lot of thumbnails.

2021.12.04 13:39 fiaphina Alarm Beeping?
We have had a consistent Beep that goes off maybe every 5-10minutes that is going off somewhere by the front doors. Unsure if it’s from the fire alarm or the security system but it’s been going on for so long you just sort of forget it’s still going in the background until someone mentions it or a customer thinks that beep was the pin pad telling them to take their card out 😂😂 which causes it’s own frustrations. Oddly enough, in the office there’s a sticky note detailing what to do to get the beeping to stop. I’ve been told these instructions don’t work. Any tips or suggestions? What to do or who to contact to get the issue addressed? We’ve had no SM or ESM for month.

2021.12.04 13:39 eamcims Replacement LED Controller for Z Strip?
Hello! I just bought a Z Strip for the back of my TV and my cats have chewed from the LED controller cable after 2 days of owning it… Does anybody know if there is a way to just simply purchase a replacement power supply? Or is the only option to just buy a whole new kit? I’ve tried to find an answer on the LIFX website but can’t find anything.

2021.12.04 13:39 Dudhist Call of the Warrior-Monk
The world is not a kind place.
We are here seeking clarity, but that is an escape from the ignorance that rules the worldly illusion of samsara. We are here seeking truth, but that requires delving into the unknown and casting the light of our inner mind upon it.
But the unknown is fearful, and naturally so as there are many hazards and pains in this life that can bring ruin to us. One misstep can lead to a lifetime of leg pain and a permanent limp; if you know there's poison ivy in the area but don't know what it looks like, you won't want to touch the plants. But the pains we know are much safer, because they aren't breaking us immediately and we can handle them without too much hassle. This steers us into a rut that will continue grinding until one day that piece is broken.
Growth is painful. Your body is creating new nerve endings, muscles are stretching into new positions, bones are reforming under the pull of whatever tensions are applied. Mental growth also takes energy as neural connections are woven through brain tissue, as unused emotional channels get exercised through the blocks, and as our body clears the incredible amounts of pollution we are constantly bombarded with. While there is an amount of growth we are involuntarily pushed through in the aging of our body, we have one incredibly determining factor that envelops the entirety of our experience.
The sight that you bring into focus with the willpower of your inner mind is your reality, real or imagined. We are trapped in samsara by distorted lenses that make our humanity unclear based on our perception of the world, the looking glass pulled off-center by attachments of any direction. When we walk the middle path, it is not only two-dimensions we traverse across; our center of gravity is held aloft this earth by a variety of forces. We are a toroidal field and there are poles on every corner of the sphere surrounding it, and our attachments pull us away from the central channels of this field constantly moving and filtering spirit through.
Is the focus of the root pulled downwards by insecurity and fear? Are our forces of creation spent on a fleeting shot of pleasure? Is the strength of the solar plexus being torn by knots in the gut? Does the heart have it's song being heard, or is it so loud that the gut and head have their input completely ignored? Does the throat have its truth congested, or is it drowning out the surroundings? How often does our mind's manifestation power get spent on distractions and unconscious hunger? Is our crown in balanced, or has it been delved into so deeply that all sight of healthy ego is lost?
The fear is on the other side of the pole. There is pain in between, but there's pain on the side we're stuck on that's already calloused by the brain. The unfortunate fact of this society is that the callouses are often formed to hide our most human qualities because of inhumane surroundings.
The warrior knows that growth takes effort and that certain levels of pain are necessary. The monk knows how to examine the forces between life and death that rule us all. The warrior monk knows how to differentiate between the pain of death and the pain of growth, sacrificing the addictions through levels of asceticism to learn the subtle qualities held within. It grows awareness and attention to the pain, understanding the fluidity held in the connection is the greatest component of strength as cells swell and grow. It is retaining flexibility in both mind and body, understanding how to rise over the hurdles of fear held in the pain while acknowledging the tolerance of flesh as the signals between fear and danger are differentiated to their highest extreme. Hunger is held to witness the food being broken down inside, the body is pushed to use it to it's extent instead of carrying it around, and then you know the true joy of food revitalizing your being. It is also a reminder of those who don't choose to fast.
For this world is not a kind place but it is filled with kind people, and it is necessary to balance the love in your heart against the people who lack kindness and lack conscious. On this path, you will see manipulators and be forced to reconcile with the deceit that has led us away from the heart through the violence of our culture. You will recognize how ignorance and prejudice invent excuses for their own existence that are illogical at their root, and have to grapple with emotion substituting logic to degrees of insanity. And you will have to put a stop to its affect on you.
For the warrior monk battles only for peace against the prejudice of man, and they know how hard this battle is because of the prejudice they have faced internally and externally. They can also recognize the spirit of truth and humanity that rises against the struggle, and they know that not every pain can be overcome by sheer willpower; their strength must be lent to those in need.
The warrior is noble and the monk is humble; they hold their head high but can lower themselves to the ground for another's service with dignity. The warrior is intelligent and the monk is wise; the mind's eye needs to focus on the spirit of truth to see the machinations of reality before them, but knows that there are shortcomings and mistakes in our vision that must be repaired once discovered otherwise the spirit is lost to fear and pride. The warrior focuses his body while the monk focuses his spirit, keeping their touch on the holistic senses before them.
Meditation is not merely the clearing of thoughts, but rather the focusing of awareness. It is in this awareness that the clarity upon our internal flows that center is found. Upon that, you begin recognizing the parts of yourself that are causing pain and discomfort. But right now, it is an incredibly difficult journey with the depth of ignorance being enacted upon our world in a toxic deluge. The amount of black sludge that has been inside my body is disgusting.
But both the warrior and the monk know that the higher the hurdles, the better we get at jumping. We don't always make it, but we get up and keep going until we do because the pain of growth is immensely better than the slow crawl to death.
Listen to your body. Hold space for the pain. Witness it's truth and in it you will find your strength of centered being. Don't be afraid to purge in any form, release and sacrifice and mourn for what came before because in the space to follow after that compost is shoveled by our attentive focus, you find the best place to plant the seeds of virtuous behavior that bloom into the greatest joy of love imaginable.
For the world is shows kindness when people can show their kind spirit, but that needs safety. The stories are endless of imbalanced people taking advantage of that humanity, but that is why the warrior monks know their place.
Humans live off each other, there is no denying that. We also hurt each other in our ignorance. This calling is the commitment to stand for the truth in dignity and humility as we follow our heart's services of love to whatever capacity this body calls.
For we have a culture of warfare, but the art of the warrior is lost when the spirit is gone. The spirit can't be there until the dedication is for peace. Peace can't be until the inner mind has found its peaceful center. A true martial artist does not need aggression but will only fight to incapacitate a threat. They also know that the most threatening thing is not any external object, but the internal soul that is lost in the fire.
We raise the waters of our emotions to higher consciousness to quench that fire and get powered by the steam to for focus and strength in our perception of the heart and where it calls us to stand.

2021.12.04 13:39 Boo_Randy The taper that never was
Jawboning about tapering, and actually following through, are two very different things. The Keynesian fraudsters at the Fed know that tapering the flow of financial crack cocaine means "Game Over" for their asset bubbles & Ponzi markets.
For many months now, the mainstream financial press and market analysts have been anticipating some kind of violent reaction or a “taper tantrum”, based on what they described as “hawkish” statements from the Fed and other central banks. Removing the “crutches” from the economy, by hiking interest rates and stopping the asset purchasing programs, was often cited as a serious threat the economic recovery and was expected to have a severe impact on stock market performance. And yet, none of those fears materialized.
